What program do you recommend for editing video clips for youtube?

Hey! My task is not to decorate YouTube videos a lot, the general style, to write something on the splash screen that would look more than just like a bullshit video from a mobile phone. I found this Movavi Video Editor 12 software, I really liked it, but it's not free, while at the start, I'm looking for a free solution for the test.
There is a video, I want to impose an animated screen saver, write a stylish text.

Adobe and Vegas are the best video editing programs. They are certainly not free, but everyone knows about Torrents. Which one is up to you. I chose Adobe because I like the interface in it, but searching for effects is inconvenient. Searching or rummaging through folders with them. Probably also with Vegas, but I did not check
