I, here, am mastering TheBrain: https://www.thebrain.com/ this is such a mind map, arranged according to the principle of how neurons work in the brain. I throw in about everything in general and then inside I prescribe the connections between nodes and topics. This helps to better structure the amount of data.

. You can also use Trello - you can attach files there. Allows you to group information, tasks, etc.
