What is wrong with git clone?

I type git clone and the console shows an error...

fatal: Could not read from remote repository.
Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.
Does that mean I don't have access?

So the IP address is not correct: 123.234234.5.34

Your ssh keys are not on the server, so cloning is aborted.
