What is Wondershare?

Windows 10 Pro.
Last week, the PC began to slow down a lot. In the task manager, I found a process that used from 50% to 100% of RAM. It would be Wondershare (WsAppService.exe). Now every day starts by killing this process. Internet search did not help. I wonder what kind of process this is and why I had not previously encountered its impact on performance, but then I ran into a friend?
