What is time management software for OS X?

As the difficulty of concentrating on a task, I am constantly distracted by some website or skype to look. When I lived on ubuntu, I just locked the list of sites from 12 to 8 with a local squid + trained self-control and that was enough for me. However, I moved to a poppy and thought it would be nice to entrust this matter to some kind of time manager. What I would like from him:
- the ability to use a black or white list of web addresses;
- so that he can lock notifications and / or sound;
- so that he can lock applications (such as a scarf);
If you know such a tool - tell me. Also, if you know how to solve such a problem in a different way - share it.
Thanks in advance.

@dezzinto

I found a tool called SelfControl ( selfcontrolapp.com/) - not in the appstore, it is suitable for blocking sites
AND for blocking applications onefocusapp.com

Didn't find what you were looking for?
