Hello, what should I do if an incomprehensible file appears in the Finder in the Macintosh HD section: default.profraw? I tried to delete it, but it still appears, what's the problem?

Do you use CleanMyMac?
UPD: Then you won't delete such files until you uninstall CleanMyMac. The only thing I can advise is to try to get by with the command "sudo chflags hidden / default.profraw" - by doing so you will hide the files and they will not be an eyesore to you.
