Only you. At least in chromium browsers everything is fine.

Most likely, you have a non-zero minimum font size set in your browser, and the layout designer decided to set the base size to 1 pixel and set the logo dimensions in rem units (as a result, if the minimum font size is not zero, then the logo will be increased in proportion to this value).
Hands off to such a coder, who does not take into account that the user does not necessarily have default settings in the browser.
