What is this strange IP address on the map?

The situation is this. New switch, configured from factory settings. Nothing really set up yet.
I launch HP PCM, open this switch, look through the menus and see a picture in the LLDP-MED section:

What is this miracle (in the picture on the right)?
In general, I have 1 computer in the port, on which PCM is running. I have a LAN on port 49, but there are no such addresses in it

Possible options: someone sends LLDP-MED frames with outdated data, or someone sends frames with data in their own format, which your software recognizes and processes as LLDP-MED. Use wireshark to see which device is sending these frames.

As a result, I turned off LLDP-MED in principle and the strange IP address disappeared. What the hell is this, I don't know. But this is not from my network, these are fantasies of either PCM or a switch
