Why is HPDM pinging a thin client, but not seeing it and not deploying tasks?

Good afternoon. There is a thin client t520 and HPDM 4.7 sp10. TK is online, pinging, responding to network boot (PXE). HPDM finds TK in the database by ip, but writes active - off in the statuses. poppy and ip are displayed correct, pings. when assigning a task, - any, even the standard power management - reboot, - the task is displayed as sending and nothing happens (already three hours). What am I doing wrong? I would also be grateful for links to relevant and up-to-date HPDM manuals.
