What is this radio?

Taken from an old working CRT monitor. Inside there are 2 types of electrode, not connected to each other.

This is a gas discharger, it works approximately like a zener diode, it serves to dampen voltage surges on the collectors of high-voltage transistors in the output stages of video amplifiers. These transistors tend to operate at their very limit, with almost no margin, and the extra protection is very useful to them.
