What is this ng-umds running on 1690 TCP/UDP?
Today I turned on the firewall and found dozens of blocked connections on port 1690 via TCP and UDP protocols.
A quick search gave me some information - some ng-umds is registered on this port. But the first pages of the search engine results did not tell me anything about what this ng-umds is.
Can anyone provide more or less detailed information on this service?

if windows - try netstat -ano, find the line with this port there and remember the PID, then open the task manager on the processes tab, enable the PID column to display and find the name of the culprit.
