How will it redirect outgoing local traffic to the network, from the domain to another ip in the local network?

Please tell me how you can set up redirection of outgoing traffic from the local network, to a specific domain, to a specific ip in the same local network? The host has a domain on which there is a website. In the local network there is a PC with a static IP. This PC is accessible from the WAN via the provider's static IP + port. Now if a user from the local network wants to access this PC via the domain (it IS NECESSARY TO CONTACT IT ONLY BY THE DOMAIN), he is first thrown to the domain, where he receives the IP + port on which to access and returns to himself, where port forwarding is already configured to local IP of this PC. How to configure netgear so that when accessing this domain, the user is not sent to the host, but redirected to this PC? Roughly sketched a diagram of what it looks like.

Sorry for off topic...
1.

The host has a website that has a domain.
A website cannot have a domain, ONLY a domain can have a website. It just kills me when they confuse the domain name and the site name.
2.
throws to the domain, where it receives the IP + port on which to contact
There is an inaccuracy here. The port number is not passed to the user, only the IP. The port is specified in the application settings or set by the user.
3.
it is first thrown to the domain, where it receives an IP + port on which to contact and returns to itself, where port forwarding to the local IP of this PC is already configured.
Poorly understood... The user types domain.com. The request goes through the router outside the local network, but understands that it needs to go back and gets to a machine on the same network. Do you need it directly?
3.1 Set up the correct DNS on the local network.
3.2 There is a file on the PC hosts. You write on all machines IP - XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX domain.com

NAT loopback (or NAT hairpinning)

nat addressing to network levels and not some crutches.
