For those who have the same task, I dug up the table generator plugin , which is really easy for customers. I added my css and everything is fine.

Don't know. are there any ready-made solutions, since there are a dime a dozen plugins for creating schedules on the WP ...
And so you can do something similar on Datatables + javascript. (not a plugin, but to develop a small script)
or take, for example, the ACF Pro + ACF Tables plugin and screw the desired functionality. It all depends on how the user should interact with the table... If you don't find a ready-made solution in the form of a plug-in, then you are definitely freelancing.
