Due to the fact that questions like:
What are the tools for studying the code? continue to hang
and really relevant (at least subjectively) from the series of "design evaluation" ( Do you think this design is normal? ) - are removed by the moderators, the question arose, what exactly is the subject of the resource?
For me personally, the page https://toster.ru/info/about does not answer the question why one topic remains, the other is deleted, although it seems it should be the other way around.
The inability to downvote answers, comments, posts, users - exacerbates objectivity. I would like to develop the Russian-speaking community, but, not only is the "situation with personnel almost deplorable," there are also no technical capabilities.

Well, citizens, we are more actively complaining about wrong questions, we are more actively helping newbies learn to ask questions correctly, etc.
So far, the only problem is that you cannot leave and block a question if it is only slightly in the subject of the resource

Do you seriously think that the question in which the customer and the designer had a fight, and everyone else came to mock, a question that does not bring any benefit to the community, is a topical issue for this resource?
As for everything else, I agree, but the example you gave is terribly unsuccessful. Not a single normal question was deleted by the moderators. If you have any complaints about some inappropriate, in your opinion, questions, you have the opportunity to complain.
