What is the test documentation?

Hello.
There is a large project that consists of a huge number of different micro-services that cleverly interact with each other.
There is a task to test new separate services, interconnections and so on.
Testing each module requires setting up a certain configuration, passing certain test data, mocking relationships, and so on.
As a result, as long as you test it and communicate with the developer, everything is ok. But after a couple of months, you no longer remember anything, and you need to poke again and remember how and what.
Therefore, the question to the studio is: "what tool can be used to store data about test environments, settings, etc." Ordinary test trackers are not suitable for this, and the documentation in the same Zhira is not to my liking.

@Terras

Usually, for documentation and storage of test reports, testers use something like this: TestRail, Devprom ALM, TestLink, qTest and further down the list Test Case Management systems
