What is the Teamviewer alternative for Linux?

More than once I noticed how system administrators first connect via timka, and then after restarting the computer they work with it directly without timka.
How do they do it?
And what are the alternatives to remote access to a Linux machine?

There is Teamviewer for Linux :)
Alternatives - the sea:
ssh -X [email protected]
VNC (x11vnc, tigervinc, remmina, vino)
RDP (freerdp)
I prefer ssh, the most native way for Linux to remotely control the machine, besides, it is almost always there and everywhere.

Depends if you have direct network access. If there is, then VNC would be the easiest option.
