What is the structure of a debian repository?

Good afternoon.
Could you please tell us how packages are distributed among debian repositories?
For example archive.debian.org
debian/
debian-volatile/
debian-security/
debian-non-US/
debian-backports/
backports.org/
In Ubuntu, the description is in the documentation . For some reason I couldn't find it in Debian. If there is, please provide a link.
Thank you.

  • A lot of information is written at the office. site.
  • backports.org does not currently exist as a separate project, it is part of Debian ( backports.debian.org ). The software is updated from it, which the stable main branch itself is in no hurry to do. However, when receiving packages from backports, they may not be fully tested, unlike stable.
  • security is, as you might guess , security updates .
  • I don’t know the fate of volatile at the moment, but as you can guess from the name, it contains packages that need to be constantly updated, such as blacklists or revoked certificates
