What is the solution for running several different rtmp streams on one service?

There are N-video files that need to be broadcast on youtube.
How it's done now: There are
N-vps running obs and each broadcasting one stream.
I would like to take one physical server and broadcast N streams from it.
What they watched:
Wowza - it turns out to be expensive, you need to purchase their cloud in addition to the transcoder. (VPS come out cheaper)
FFmpeg - didn't find anything about streaming multiple streams at the same time (but I think you should look here)
Obs/Xsplit/Wirecast - can only restream the same stream.

In our Nimble Streamer, you can set up RTMP republishing for any number of outgoing streams, as long as you have enough channel. You just set up the incoming stream, and then you can do anything with it - transmax other protocols, republish via RTMP, etc. The page with RTMP features has all the information. A control panel account with 1 server will cost $30 per month.

You can write a monitor of running FFMPEG threads for example.
You can also use nginx & nginx_rtmp_modeule instead of Wowza.

It can be even easier, just use the restream service: restream.io Add
several Youtube channels to it and restream.
