There is a Yotube channel and a blog on WP. It is
required that when a new video appears on the channel in WP, a post (record) with a new video and the corresponding name immediately appears (or with a slight delay).

You need an application like IFTTT (now they have the functionality you need in the "If" application) or Zapier . They work on the principle "if _ happened, then do _".
As a result, you will find and connect some such combination: "Auto Post #YouTube Videos (Uploads) On Your #Wordpress Blog".
