Do I need a mobile proxy for mass posting on YouTube or is a USB modem sufficient?

Good afternoon. Help me to understand. I am engaged in mass posting on YouTube according to the scheme: 1 account - 1 IP. I read that it is better to use private mobile proxies. But they cost a lot of money. Can I use a USB modem from a mobile operator? Just after each use of the account, pull out and insert the modem to change the IP.
