What is the situation with PHP 5.3 for Russian hosting?

Outside in 2012. Now the current version of PHP is 5.4, the old one is 5.3, and 5.2 is no longer supported.
And what is the current situation with hosting (meaning, of course, shared)? How many support 5.3?
Are there any statistics?

I don't know about the statistics, but the hosting I use is PHP 5.2. And PHP 5.3 is enabled by some magic lines in .htaccess. In fact, they are not so magical, but still sad. PHP 5.4 is just a dream

Question for the sake of a question? Or are you looking for hosting? If yes, then only such a criterion (which is strange)?
All sites we work with have 5.3

I didn’t find any statistics, but subjectively, a large percentage of hosters sit at 5.2 and seem to have no plans to move. There are a number of companies that, on the contrary, try to switch to new branches almost on the day of release, this is also not the best idea, in my opinion. We still keep all three branches 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4 with Apache modules and allow the client to switch between them from his personal account . For compatibility, we don’t remove 5.2 yet, but 5.3 is used by default and we don’t recommend 5.2 to clients.

I have 5.3 on the masterhost, but I had to send them an application (I was on 5.2, but then 5.3 was not there yet).

I use Beget hosting, which has PHP 5.2, but you can connect 5.3 and 5.4 via CGI.
Of course, it's very sad that most hosts have 5.2.

according to my observations, some hosters put 5.2 and 5.3 on new servers with the ability to switch. Well, I myself have the opportunity to work with VPS / dedicated servers, I already started installing 5.4 there
