What is the simplest keyboard with programmable key-by-key backlighting?

I am looking for a mechanical keyboard with RGB backlight, programmable per key. The keyboard is needed "for slaughter" and will be bought in several copies at once, so I'm interested in the simplest and most inexpensive option possible.
I found some options from Motospeed costing $40-50, where there is such a function, but it is implemented through hotkeys and generally works in a limited way; in addition, I don’t have them anywhere in the country, and it’s somehow lazy to wait a week with Aliexpress)
Perhaps someone has come across similar budget models?

"Wait a week is lazy" does not fit in with the desire to buy the cheapest keyboard.
Cheap customizable RGB keyboards are only available in China.
