How to save CPU undervolting settings?

There is a laptop with a 7700hq processor, you need to undervolt it to 0.130 v. I did it through XTU and when you turn on the program and do everything by hand, everything seems to work. The question is how to make sure that these settings are saved automatically and run when Windows starts? I tried to do the task of opening the program (XTU) at the start of Windows, but it turns out some kind of heresy, then the settings automatically remain after the reboot, then they fly off, then it shows that they are, but in fact they are not. Please help to properly undervolt the percent and fix the result on an ongoing basis. Thanks

XTU has a cli (command line interface), here is an example of using https://www.reddit.com/r/Surface/comments/498131/c... . Next, you need to find in the documentation how to use it to put down what you need and then drive this command into a batch file (* .bat - Windows scripts), for example, and add it to autoload in any convenient way (this should not be difficult to google)

Undervolt through the BIOS, as an option
