What is the service for private commenting on audio recordings?

I need to give feedback to remote call center employees on their calls.
The most convenient way to do it is this: I uploaded 15 audio recordings to the service, on which I will give comments, I gave a comment under each entry. Sent a link to the page to an employee. He watches it in the browser, listens directly from the recording page, sees my comments right away.
A big plus would be the possibility of comments / notes from his side.
For example, I can make a note like this in Evernote: s460058460.onlinehome.us/gallery/i/61d6ffd67addf8d...
And even send a link to a specific note. But when you open this link in the browser, all records start playing at the same time:(
Creating one file-one note is very inconvenient, because there are many small comments/records.
What service can help me with this?

Audio commentary is very well done on Soundcloud . Comments can even be on specific points in the audio recording.
However, I don’t know for sure what’s going on with the privacy settings now - will you be able to make calls available only to you and your employees. However, here about it it is written - read.
Also, specifically for Mac OS X, there is such a solution (using Dropbox).
