Hello, I have a relative who lives in America. She has a green card. In December, as a gift to herself and me, she bought two new MacBooks worth $2,000 each. In February, she flies to Russia. And we decided that she would take laptops with her on the plane. We thought that it was more reliable because there is no trust in our mail. But the question arose about declaring these laptops upon arrival. Which hallway should she go to? We carry laptops for personal use, not for sale. We decided that both of them will be in their original packaging in order to share the pleasure of unpacking with each other.
