What is the right thing to do in such a situation? And what threatens me?

There are no jobs in my city. And I have to freelance. I receive money for work on a Sberbank card every week. It turns out 10 -20 thousand rubles per month. If I register an individual entrepreneur and pay taxes, I can hardly physically survive.

I think that for such amounts you will not be disturbed. I speak from experience.

I worked unofficially for 4 years, receiving salary on a Sberbank card, now I also constantly receive payments on a Sberbank card. Nobody asks anything.
We have half of the stalls, all kinds of tire shops and car services do not have individual entrepreneurs and live calm

it’s right, of course, to pay taxes,
but with such an amount you can try to take risks, especially if it’s from a private person of the same

Gain experience, improve quality, move to a different price category and pay taxes.
Now is not the best time and the chance of getting caught is higher.
By the way, another option: to find a permanent remote job with a stable salary. In the same place, if you ask, they can also offer an option with an individual entrepreneur (it is beneficial for employers to pay less taxes for you).

In your case, there are only two solutions to the problem: break the law or earn 6% more. In fact, no one will make this choice for you.

Well, 6 percent, you won’t get poorer.

Keep working and don't over complicate things.
