What is the recruitment process for remote work?

All the time I worked exclusively in the office, but recently there was an opportunity to work remotely in another company. Interested in how the recruitment process goes? It is clear that an interview is being conducted, but what next? The employer lays down a contract with the developer? Or do I need to register as a FOP? And is there control over working time by the same employer in the form of a tracker or something else?

It all depends on the employer. Someone hires under a contract, someone will conclude an agreement with you as a legal entity. It is better to ask the employer about this.
About time control - rarely carried out. Most often, the main indicator of your work is the completion of all tasks with high quality and on time. Sometimes, if the amount of the bill to the customer depends on the hours worked, they may turn on trackers or ask you to fill in the hours of work on tasks on your own every day.
Ask a potential employer at the interview, he will answer you much better how everything works for him)) After all, the interview does not oblige you to work for him if something is inconvenient or you don’t like it
