What is the reason for long page loading when using backdrop-filter on Chrome MacOS?

There are product cards that use backdrop-filter: blur(30px) on the block with the label (in stock) and on the block with the counter and the "Add to cart" button. If there are a lot of cards on the page (more than 8), then they start loading for a long time and lags begin with page scrolling. The problem occurs on chrome, on safari on macOS.
What can be the solution to this issue? Couldn't find backdrop-filter alternatives
