After reading an article on Habré about the launch of 4G + by Megafon, he sadly looked at his phone, forced to lie on the windowsill - there is no network in most of the apartment. The same problem was observed with MTS, but now it seems to be better. On the Megafon website , the area where I live is in the zone of confident 3G and uncertain 4G. Why such problems with the network? Maybe I live in the wrong house? Could this be a conspiracy? I would like to leave a comment under the article that I mentioned at the beginning, but there is no invite yet and it seemed that the question on the Toaster would be a good alternative - maybe there are really objective conditions for poor cellular communication.

Call support, leave a request. Only they can give you objective data, check the signal, and if there are any leads, then figure it out.

There are 2 options as far as I know.
1) as kodi said, this is to call technical support. And there you can play an absolutely stupid
client - something like "I don't have Internet on my phone" :) Otherwise, in theory, your application will be processed in the same way and you should receive feedback.

Megafon has such a problem when they send the settings, they are not always working. I manually wrote the settings, here on the promobile it is described how to do this and what you need to write. After that everything worked great for me. But if this does not help you, then it remains only to call technical support or go to the office.
