If you asked a month ago, then Tele2 is unlimited black (anlim Internet for 200 per month). Alas, they covered it.
MTS "Smart for your own"
- 10 GB of traffic
- 300 minutes in the region (all operators), unlimited in the Russian Federation on MTS
