What is the program for accounting Internet traffic?

A program for mac os
A program is required that can take into account Internet traffic according to the following criteria:
- Full accounting of all Internet traffic
- Show which application connected where
- would keep logs of these connections
- show detailed statistics, which program, for any selected period, downloaded as many so much traffic.
In short, Little Snitch with the ability to display statistics for the entire period of work, both in general and for each application separately.
All the programs that I have found are either outdated or do not provide the required functionality.
I would like it to be visible up to every second and for any period of time, how much this or that application ate traffic, where it applied, how many times, and if desired, could display a report in a convenient form.
