Why does One site only open in Safari/Firefox Mac OS?

There is one site, I can only get to it with Safari / Firefox.
Yandex and Chrome can open it only in the first minute of connecting to the Internet.
Internet via Wi-Fi, Keenetic router. I tried to change the provider - I distributed it from the phone, the situation is similar.
DNS changed to Google, Yandex did not help. Reset dns in the system, did not help.

The results of updating the page with wireshark enabled (updated the first three lines in safari, the rest of the lines after clicking update in Yandex).


What ideas can be where to dig?
