Why can't I get to a certain site?

Hello! I ask for your help in an interesting question: I can’t get to the nodejs.org site from inside the organization. From the
outside (from the phone, using LTE, etc.) everything works fine. Everything else in the organization works great.



Now to the details:
1. nslookup returns the correct value
2. Traceroute reaches the correct address
3. telnet by address/by name returns an error


Can anyone hint where to look?
