What is the problem with installing an IPA?

Now I'm installing an old toy on the IPhone via sideloadly, it gives the following error:
Installation failed: 0 IncorrectArchitecture (Failed to find matching arch for input file: /var/installd/Library/Caches/com.apple.mobile.installd.staging/temp.jrBLWa /extracted/Payload/SpyMouse.app/SpyMouse)

The toy is incompatible with your device/axis.
If it is very old, then most likely it was assembled without 64-bit support - and Apple has deprecated it for a long time
