What is the probability of returning the stolen money after hacking?

A small firm, used 1s. On Friday, all the data on the accountant's computer was stolen. After data recovery on Sunday, it turned out that 150 tr were transferred to a telebank (VTB 24, if I'm not mistaken) to an individual. Is there any chance of a refund?

Since Sunday, the servicing bank does not pick up the phone. In VTB-24 they said, in short, "I'll beat us, contact the police."

A shitty bank, we had a similar experience, they tried to withdraw money, so the Security Service was surprised that they were trying to withdraw the entire balance from the account (it was not enough) and transfer it to details that did not exist yet, and they immediately called us, did not contact the police, they themselves resolved the issue . And yes, the money, of course, was not transferred.
So think about changing the bank, at least in my case, and in your case, it’s your concern that you allowed this, but when the bank helps and prevents such actions, it’s undoubtedly a huge plus!

Firstly, correct the name, and secondly, did you contact the police? If I were you, I would endlessly bombard the support of the telebank and the main line of VTB24 with calls, seek leadership and everything in the same style. I do not have legal knowledge, but you can cancel payments with us - that's for sure. Especially if you prove to the bank that the money was stolen. I hope you have already found a lawyer and specify what documents the police should provide?

I heard that they steal like this, and then they take it off on a card in another country. (for example, they stole yesterday, transferred to the account of a shell company registered to a homeless person, and tomorrow in Indonesia they will be removed from the cards linked to the account of that company). In this case, it will be difficult to take back. But while they are in the account, I think it is possible to return them (albeit with difficulties). The main thing is not to hesitate, and contact the police as soon as possible.

Write a letter to the police and VTB, send an email to VTB urgently

The probability of winning the trial is 100%.
But a person may not have money, he may be unemployed, etc.

If your payment is signed with an EDS and this signature is correct, then the Bank will not return anything to you because it is your own fault that your computer was broken. Even if you prove that a hacker made the payment, it's still your problem.
Read the contract with the bank, everything is indicated there.
I speak as a person with 12 years of experience working with RBS and there have been cases of theft of money for very large amounts ... and in all cases the user is to blame.
