What is the principle of sorting by Yandex.Market rating?

Good afternoon.
The question arose, on what basis are ratings assigned to goods on the market?
Faced such a moment - the client has a product, 10 reviews, all 5s, reviews are real, not bots, competitors have a similar product, 5 reviews (3 5s and 2 4s), but when sorting by rating, their product is higher and Yandex still gives them a rating of 5.0. Please explain how this all happens.

Here questions only to Yandex and their ranking system. The rating of reviews is not always the main one, there are probably several other parameters that influence it.
