We want to organize a global partnership program in the field of construction as part of the creation of a federal construction company.
Everyone knows about the standard 10% bonus in construction (the size of the percentage is not important now). I talked to a lot of people on this issue - building materials sellers, land sales agents and others, and I realized that people are not willing to give recommendations, because they think that they can be deceived and not paid the promised bonus. In this regard, the idea arose to create a transparent affiliate program, where our recommender will see how many requests were received on his recommendation, at what stage, what contracts and for what amount were concluded and what payment he will receive - a kind of online monitor.
Technically, I understand how to organize part of this process, but this solution is not final and financially costly in the long term.

Now we have almost solved the issue with the numbers, we will test the megaphone multiphone - connecting a city number there is 100-150r, and federal ones are completely free.
There was a question about roystat - I like the service very much, but it is not yet clear how much the financial burden per month for the same 1000 partners will be acceptable.
According to the affiliate program itself, I found such a resource (not advertising) postaffiliatepro.ru but have not yet delved into how it can be connected with all this, because. they don’t have a test period, and there is no desire to pay 1000 without full confidence that this is what you need.

Even with a transparent system, it is very easy to deceive a partner. In faster, more transparent affiliate marketing niches like e-commerce or direct mail, this happens all over the place. No one will tell you how to overcome the mental barrier, each niche will have its own methods.
There are no problems with technology. Tracking the source of the application both from the site and by phone is not a problem. To do this, you need an affiliate network engine and your internal CRM system for processing applications (this is simplified). To link calls, you can connect any Call Tracking system. The problem of scale can be solved by a dynamic pool of telephone numbers (the number is assigned to the partner for some time, if calls are not received from it, it is released from it and can be issued to another partner (you can find out the number of numbers needed using a simple statistical forum)).
In any system there will always be professionals who come to watch. Professionals who have already learned how to make money on your system and believe in it are likely to buy numbers for personal use.
And in general, if the system is unique, then access to it should be given only for a monthly fee, then all costs will fall on users and the system can be made without complicating it.
