How to target members of certain FB groups?

Good afternoon, colleagues! Tell me, is there any possibility in facebook to advertise on members of certain groups?
As far as I know, there are no standard tools. There was also an idea to download the contacts of the group members, then upload them to the Facebook audience created.
Can anyone suggest tools for this or are there other options?

No, you can't do that.
Get a list of users. Then you need Custom Audience .
