How to set permission to login from another IP in FaceBook?

I have a small Ruby script that periodically visits my Facebook page. To do this, he logs in using the Mechanize gem. I want the script to work on Heroku, but in this case, Facebook does not allow him to log in - he blocks the account, assuming a hack from an unusual IP.
How to teach Facebook not to panic in such a situation?
