What is the point of making such requirements for the sale of a license?

Funny situation. They sell graphics for logos: https://creativemarket.com/Zeppelin_Graphics/41544...
As I understand it, even when buying an extended license, these materials can only be used for one logo, for the purpose of subsequent sale. The question is what is the point of doing such a license? After all, it's just ridiculous. You'd think they had a monopoly on the distribution of these figurines, which are easy to draw for anyone familiar with the pen tool. If you already decided to distribute this, let them immediately put the possibility of endless use.

In itself, the division into simple and extended licenses is normal and correct. The only question is the ratio and adequacy of prices.
