What is the Nvidia 750 Ti card and why / where do the Chinese have so many of them?

There are many Nvidia 750 Ti graphics cards for sale on aliexpress. The cards are clearly BU but the price is very in the market. Where does such an outburst come from? Mining on such cards? Maybe there are daredevils who tried to take it, then please share your feedback. Are there clear signs of refarbishing/reballing?

Almost always these are flashed cards, for example 450 or 550, look on YouTube for reviews of such miracle cards.

I completely agree with Vladimir! They cut through this chip and give it out for 750!
