How to install drivers for a discrete video card?

Hello, I'm asking for help.
The laptop has two video cards, built-in and discrete:
1. Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000
2. AMD Radeon HD 6650M Laptop
: Packard Bell EasyNote LS11HR Win
10 system Adobe products say that they do not see the GPU. I also tried to install through the Driver Pack Solution (It generally downloads some drivers of 2018, although the latest ones are available on the AMD off site in 2016) I also installed drivers from the off site of the laptop, then in the device manager opposite the vidyuhi is yellow triangle (windows cannot find drivers for these video adapters or something like that).
All power settings are set to maximum performance.
In the catalyst control center, everything is also at max performance.
Adobe products support this graphics card.
These problems have been around for a long time. But earlier, by dancing with a tambourine, everything was somehow decided.
Now, respectively, after the next reinstallation of Windows, it is impossible to solve.
Help please, can anyone come across.

Well, of course
The first reason: it doesn’t tritely switch graphics in the graphics switching parameters: put all adobe processes on a productive processor
Reason two: let’s say for Photoshop you need opencl xs of some version. Perhaps you have installed firewood that does not include open cl. You can check with gpu-z. There is no jackdaw? - it means beta firewood ( crymson or something like that, we delete these and never install this shit again if you want to use adobe products) - rather, you unknowingly installed them (wangyu)
Install those with a catalyst
Or even better, install modified ones, for example help to remove the "lock" on some processes, google the author of leshcat's
https://leshcatlabs.net/forums/showthread.php?tid=999 maybe this one, I don't remember anymore
Regarding the yellow triangle: there will be no firewood on intel hd / intel hd will be turned off
Radeon will not work
Any driver packs install the wrong driver versions (they install newer versions that are not supported by the video card)
For starters, it would be better to clean all firewood using DDU in in safe mode
Then download intel hd first
Then radeon You
can start with links from official sources (and in no case do not update this radeon again, you can intel)
