MSI GTX 1660 video card vibrates. How to solve?

Hello. I bought 2pcs video cards for 2 PCs. At the initial speeds of the valves, both video cards vibrate so that the vibration is transferred to the case and a buzzing effect occurs. Buzzing is the wall on which the motherboard is attached. I tried to swap cards - it did not help, the same nonsense. I think the factory defect of the valves is immediately excluded. Yes, and somehow I can’t believe that there are two cards with a marriage of valves at once. So far, I have set up a custom curve in MSI Afterburner (cooling seems to be coping), but I would like to solve this problem completely, and not in a workaround ((
So far, the only solutions that come to mind are:
1. Additional and very soft rubber feet for the PC case.
2. Rubber rings/washers for mounting the motherboard to the wall
3. Replacing the case As a last resort.
4. Again, rubber rings for the attachment points of the video card valves with a radiator. As a last resort.
5. Score. Not an option;))
Guys, can someone come across this? Any ideas how to solve?

I had the same problem with a GTX 1660 Super Palit card, the solution is actually very simple. I dismantled the cooling and pasted double-sided tape between the radiator and the plastic frame on which the fans are screwed, it turns out that the metal is in contact with the plastic, which causes vibration and noise. For one, change the thermal paste to MX-4, I have decreased about seven degrees in the load, and this is not enough. You need to glue the double-sided one where I circled it in red in the photo.614a76d40f440393592534.jpeg
