What is the normal temperature for a laptop discrete GPU?

I have it somewhere around 60 degrees. Isn't this critical?
Lenovo T61P , GPU: NVidia Quadro FX 570M .
PS The Intel Core 2 Duo (Merom) T7700 processor heats up to 50 degrees - is that normal?

The normal temperature of the video card in idle is ~ 50, in load ~ 65-75 degrees.
CPU temperature ~40-50.

nothing to worry about, but not cold, but not scary either.
