GPU load 100% and terrible brakes, how to fix it?

A couple of days ago, I decided to clean the PC (from dust) nothing special, I just wiped everything and replaced the thermal paste, reset the BIOS, tuned in and launched it successfully. After using the PC for literally 5-10 minutes, I noticed cracking in the music, my rose sound artifacts. I realized that something was wrong, I started digging and found that the SSD was loading at 100%, but after dancing with tambourines I realized that the problem was in the GPU. The brakes start exactly when the GPU is loaded. But here's the problem, literally before cleaning the PC, there were no problems, and in general there were never any problems with sound and such brakes. What I noticed is that gpu loads almost under 100% with almost any access to it, let's say I start Photoshop, the interface starts to load and VOILA wild brakes. But it also happens that everything works fine, although after a while the brakes again. Reached the flesh to a complete stop of the system,
As I understood that the problem is in the GPU: I decided to switch to the built-in Intel HD 2500 video card and everything worked fine there. Ps and Ai were launched at the same time , I was doing the project, but even so, the load on the GPU did not exceed 60-70% when on external video, just when Photoshop was launched, the load was 100%. I used the built-in card for about a couple of hours, no brakes (Except for normal ones, when there is simply not enough memory, but the mouse does not twitch and the sound does not crack)
What was done: Virus check ( Dr.web ), Bios updates . An external examination of the video card did not show anything, there is no smell, there are no burns either.
Question:What should I do? How can I diagnose a video card, or perhaps there are some similar problems that you have encountered and can give advice?
PS: There are suspicions that the video card is living its life, but, in my experience, there should be at least artifacts, such a feeling that the problem seems to be at the software level, and not systemic. Since, well, it works very strangely, it can work in a state of 100% load without brakes and lags, then at 80-100% it’s creepy, very creepy.
Addition: During the stress test in FurMark, I noticed that in addition to the truck itself, the GPU still loads csrrs.exe , but after reading what this process is and digging around, I realized that everything is fine and it's not like a virus. The file is located in the correct location and apparently just accompanies the load.
Regarding the power supply, I read somewhere that if the power supply for the video card is not stable, then it will either not be loaded at 100%, or will not produce stable megahertz, but, again, after running in the furmark for about 20 minutes, the temperature only rose to 70 % and completely stable megahertz + 100 load on the GPU. Am I right, is this normal? Is the food all right?
TOTAL: I went to the master, he told me to throw out your card, why? Because the chip is covered, due to the fact that the load begins, it cannot cope, here you have lags. You can fix it, but it makes no sense ... Thank you all for your attention!

What about the temperatures on the vidyahe during the brakes? Could it be throttling? Too much thermal paste is worse than thermal pad.
