Are there any libraries and tutorials for image processing on CUDA?

I process images in R (classification, mathematical operations on pixel values ​​in different channels, etc.). For example, subtracting the values ​​of the red channel pixel by pixel from the value of the IR channel pixels is just one operation.
I studied CUDA, but it's very difficult with thread calculations and memory allocation. Are there libraries to simplify such operations on CUDA?
