What is the music player with api?

Hello, toaster!=)
Actually, you need a music player for windows, which can be controlled by sending commands through some port, for example. Google didn't help.
Does this even exist, or do you have to write it yourself?

You can use MPD for windows.
Linux has the mpris standard for managing players. I don't know how this is in Windows, but there should be something similar.
