A question similar to all the others, but requiring a quick solution.
Given: service for the sale of services; individual and the need for uninterrupted acceptance of payments on the site.
Now we are working with walletone. Adequate commissions, instant withdrawal of money, convenient LC, everything would be fine, but there is a problem - there are always problems with accepting payments from cards, customers constantly complain, the percentage of non-payments goes off scale (more than 50%). Either the window for entering data in the browser is not displayed, then there is an endless waiting for the payment, and so on. In those support, they say that screen every error, but even after sending screenshots, everything converges to the fact that there are problems with the browser, or that everything is fine with the aggregator and, in theory, there should not be such errors.
In this regard, we are urgently looking for another way to accept payments.
So far, there are thoughts of distributing payments to everything except cards in walletone, and cards to the Yandex money form for individuals. Does anyone have similar experience?
Ideally, of course, find an adequate aggregator, which is most important, working without errors.
