PayPal and limits

Dear friends,

I have a PayPal account, the status is personal. I'm going to open an online store and link this account to it. Planned income $ 2-3k per month. What is PayPal's limit for receiving and withdrawing money? Do I need to upgrade my status to business? What pitfalls can there be when receiving money through PayPal?

I have a Russian business account. Everything is confirmed, there are no limits, but you can only withdraw to a US bank account.
