What is the most powerful open source processor?

I want to breed a unicameral computer for my needs, the main task is image recognition algorithms from a high-speed camera.
So far, there are such candidates:

• Freescale i.mx6 Quad
  
• Allwinner A80
  
• TLR4-03680CG-12CE-A3b (you will have to try to get through to the manufacturer, but 36 cores are very beckoning)
  

Perhaps someone knows something more powerful?

There was Sanovsky "Niagara", in which even some of the source codes were open. But I'm not sure if I can actually buy it.
